Therapy for Couples
Research shows that to make a relationship last, couples must become better friends, learn to manage conflict, and create ways to support each other’s hopes for the future.
Dr Rebekah Doley, offers couples counselling using the principles of the highly researched Gottman Method, as well as a range of techniques from other evidence-based approaches, such as Emotion Focused Therapy, Schema Therapy and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy.
Family Dispute Resolution is now firmly situated in Australia’s family law system as a first resort for family dispute resolution.
Mediation is a recognized human resources tool to effect satisfactory outcomes to personnel conflicts and disputes in commercial arenas. Alternative Dispute Resolution is widely recognised as a cost-effective and efficient process when compared to seeking resolution through courts.
